摘要
概述了近年来国内外有关电场对多种酶的活性、构象、酶动力学效应的研究进展,指出了电场在酶学实际应用中存在的问题,并展望了电场在酶学上的应用前景。
The effects of electric field on enzymatic activity, conformation and kinetics in recent years were summarized, and the problems and prospects about application of electric field in enzymes were discussed.
