摘要
氟罗沙星是目前上市的喹诺酮类抗菌剂中的一种长效药物，具有抗菌谱广、抗菌作用强、生物利用度高等特点。广泛应用于临床各种感染。本文综述了近年来关于氟罗沙星的药理、临床应用等方面的研究进展。
FIeroxecin, a new fluroquinolone antibacterlal agent, has a broad spectrum of in vitro activity which encompasses most Gram-negative and a number of Cram-positive organisms including methiclllin-sensitive staphylococcl. Its antibacterlal activity, pharmacokinetic properties, pharmacological and toxicological effect and therapeutic efficacy are revlewed in this article.
