评估是病人教育程序的第一步,评估内容包括病人学习的准备性、学习需要及喜欢的学习方式等方面,其中对学习需要的评估应该是评估中的最重要部分。本文介绍了评估学习需要的步骤、学习需要排序的标准及评估学习需要的方法,回顾了病人学习需要方面的研究,并讨论了病人及家庭教育评估指南的作用与新动向。
Assessment is the first step of patient educational process,and the content of assessment includes the patient's preparation,learning needs,and preferred learning style.The learning need is probably the most important part of assessment.The author described the steps of assessing learning need,the criteria of prioritizing learning needs,and methods to assess learning needs,then reviewed the study on the patient's learning needs as well as discussed the function and trends of "patient and family education assessment guide".
