摘要
社区教育是构建终身教育体系的重要组成部分,是创建学习型社会的重要途径。发达国家的社区教育经过相当长时期的发展,已经探索出适合于本国国情的模式。本文从立法保障、资金来源、管理机制方面详细分析了美国、日本、加拿大等发达国家社区教育的模式,并提出了对中国数字化学习型社区典型应用示范的建设和发展的指导和启示。
As an important constituent in building the life-long education system,the community education is the significant approach to establish a learning society.For a long term,the developed countries have formed their own community education pattern.The article analyzes the community education pattern of America、Japan and Canada from aspects of legislation safeguard,financial sources and management and finally concludes the enlightenment for China to develop E-learning community education.
