摘要
目的了解兰州市永登县乡镇2382名小学生的营养状况和常见病的患病情况,为开展学校卫生保健工作提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选择2004年兰州市永登县4所乡镇小学(中川小学、浪排小学、河桥小学和牛站小学)8～13岁小学生为研究对象,采用身高、体重、视力、常见病及患病情况等为观察指标。对其小学生健康体检表进行分析和评价。结果各年龄组小学生营养不良和肥胖的比例均较高,其中男生肥胖比例高于女生,女生营养不良的比例高于男生;随着年龄的增长,小学生的视力不良发生率逐年上升,且女生视力不良发生率高于男生;常见病主要为乙肝、中耳炎、视力不良、沙眼和鸡胸。结论与城市相比,永登县乡镇小学生的健康状况尚存在一定问题,生长发育较差,营养不良、视力低下、龋齿、沙眼、乙肝和中耳炎发病率较高。
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the health status of 2382 schoolchildren in Yongdeng Township. METHODS The method of cluster sampling was used to select randomly survey target population about 2382 aged 8-13 primary school students coming from four primary schools including Zhongchuan, Langpai, Heqiao and Niuzhan primary school in Yongdeng Township of Lanzhou City. The body weight and the rate of commonly encounted deseas were regarded as the index of survey and analysis. RESULTS Compared with pupils in other cities, the proporation of malnutrition and obesity were high in pupils, and the obesity rate of schoolboys was higher than that of schoolgirls, while the malnutrition rate of schoolgirls was higher than that of schoolboys.The rate of hypopsia schoolboys was higher than that of schoolgirs. The commonly encounted deseas were mainly dental caries, hepatitis, B, tympanitis, hypopsia, trachoma and chicken breast and so on. CONCLUSIONS The health status of primary school students could have some prob- lem including malnutrition, obedity and high rate of commonly encounted deseas such as dental caries, hepatitis B, tympanitis, hypopsia, trachoma and chicken breast and so on in Yongdeng Township of Lanzhou City.
