摘要
介绍了由甲醇制取低碳烯烃的工艺技术(MTO/MTP);从催化剂的活性、选择性方面论述了MTO/MTP工艺催化剂的碳基收率和使用寿命;介绍了国内外该工艺技术的研发进展、工艺流程和使用现状;分析了由甲醇制取烯烃在中国的生产应用前景;指出在开发出烯烃收率高、抗积炭能力强、耐磨损的催化剂后,我国MTO/MTP催化反应工艺将有望实现工业化。
Author has introduced the process technology of low carbon olefin hydrocarbon and propylene (MTO/MTP) made of methanol; discussed the carbon hase absorption rate and service life for MTO/MTP process catalyst from aspects of catalyst activity and selectivity; also introduced the developing process, process flow and present service situation for this process technology at home and abroad ; analyzed the production service prospective of the olefin hydrocarbon made of methanol in China; indicated that after the catalyst having high absorption rate of olefin hydrocarbon and having strong capabil- ity against carbon deposition and anti-wearing capability has been developed , the industrialization of MTO/MTP catalysis reaction process would be possible to be realized.
