摘要
作者根据生物力学原理设计了应用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗股骨转子间骨折,经18具尸体股骨标本测定,用该技术其张开位移仅为1.82mm,轴向位移也明显很小,与其它三组均有显著性差异,P值<0.001。自1993年以来,采用该技术共治疗新鲜股骨转子间骨折82例,获得满意疗效。
According to biomechanic mechnism. the femoral trachanteric fracture was treated with unilateral polyfunction external fixation frame. Biomechanic assay of 18 body samples find that the open shift of bone only 1. 82mm deviated axis shift is very little. There is significant difference(P<0. 001) compared with other two groups. From 1993,82 cases of femoral trochanteric fracture were treated by this technique. It has got good result.
