摘要
本文简要介绍了半水—二水湿法磷酸的工艺流程及工艺条件，并以每小时酸产量８７５０千克为例进行了该工艺的物料衡算、热量衡算、主要设备的工艺设计计算．
This paper introduced the technological process and technological conditions of half-hydrate-dihydrate wet phosphoric acid, and for the example of output 8 750kg/h(100%P 2O 5), carried out the calculation of mass balance, the calculation of heat balance, as well as the technological design calculation of main equipments.
