摘要
阐述了国际标准化组织ISO/TC 176的八项质量管理原则;论述了"以顾客为焦点、领导作用、全员参与、过程方法、管理的系统方法、持续改进、基于事实的决策方法、与供方互利的关系"八项质量管理原则在期刊编辑出版中的应用。指出八项质量管理原则是ISO 9000族标准的灵魂,八项质量管理原则为提高期刊的编辑出版质量提供了理论指导,以顾客(读者)为焦点是期刊生存的基础。
The explanation first focuses on eight quality control principles of international standardization organizations ISO/TC176. Then the application of eight quality control principles to the process of journal editing and publishing are discussed in detail, which include the customers as the focus, leader' s function, participation of all staffs, process methods, systematic management methods, continuous improvement, decision methods based on the fact and the relationship of mutual benefits with suppliers. Next, it is pointed out that eight quality control principles are the spirit of Standards ISO 9000 and also provides theoretical instruction for improving the quality of journal editing and publishing. Finally, it is emphasized that the foundation of journal survival is to regard customers as the focus.
