介绍了我国建筑施工管理的研究背景,从合同管理、文件管理、进度管理、质量管理、安全管理、成本管理等方面对工程施工方工程管理的相关内容进行了阐述,并对施工管理的基本特点、我国建筑专业管理的施工组织及其专业技术进行了论述,在保证施工质量的同时,降低了项目投资的损失和浪费。
It introduces the research background of the architectural construction management in our nation, represents the contents related to the earthwork project management of projects construction from contract management, document management, progress management, quality management, safety management, cost management and so on, and discusses the basic characters of construction management, the construction organization and professional technique of the architectural management profession in our nation, to assure the construction quality and decrease the loss and waste of program investment.
