摘要
在成熟的工程保险市场,工程保险中介能够缓解工程保险市场的信息不对称,降低交易成本和保证工程保险产品的质量。在条件逐步具备的中国工程保险市场,工程保险中介的作用亦日益明显,文章提出以国家大力推广工程质量保险为契机,深入开展质量检查机构为代表的工程保险中介制度研究的必要性和现实意义。
In the developed insurance markets, engineering insurance agency is a kind of economic intermediary that resolves information asymmetry of engineering insurance market, cuts transaction cost, guarantees the quality of production of engineering insurance. It is an excellent method to resolve problems of current engineering insurance markets in China. The paper proposes to take deep research in engineering insurance agency such as inspection agency in construction quality during developing the Inherent Defect Insurance in China.
