摘要
目的探讨小切口治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDP)的特点和疗效。方法采用小切口开窗法手术治疗,L2～3.L3～4,L4～5.L5～S1 LDP患者36例。结果所有患者均获随访,时间4个月至3年。按改良Macnab分级评定疗效:优23例,良9例,可3例,优良率为91.7%。结论小切口手术治疗LDP具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效好、对脊柱结构破坏小等优点。
Objective To research the clinical application in operation of small incision to treat the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discs. Methods 36 cases with the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discs in diferent intervertebral space were treated with operation of small incision. Results All cases were followed up for four months to three years. According to Maenab criteria,the outcomes were excellent in 23 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 3 cases, and excellent and good rate were 91.7 % . Conclusion The method of small incision technique was a very promising way to treat the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discs with less trauma,quicker recovery, better results and minimal damage to spinal structure.
