摘要
在长三角高校图书馆建立联合协作机构的基础上,就联合服务的优势、联合发展理念、联合打造超级"信息航母"、服务承诺制、导入ISO提高服务品质等方面进行了探讨。
On the basis of the organization of joint cooperation of the libraries of colleges and universities, this paper focuses on the study of such factors as combining the service superiority, jointly developing, jointly forging the super ＂Information Aircraft Carrier＂, service promising system and upgrading the service by bringing in ＂ISO＂.
