摘要
[目的]探讨群体性食物中毒事件中少数民族人群的认知、行为以及情绪反应特点。[方法]采用自编《突发事件后的心理反应调查问卷,》在事发后d 5对事件相关人群进行问卷调查,共获得有效问卷219份。[结果]面对食物中毒事件,64.4%的人感知可怕,62.6%者渴望得到心理支持。8.7%的人出现焦虑障碍。壮、瑶族之间未见显著性差异。进食者的躯体化因子分高于其他人群,进食者亲友的敌对因子分高于其他人群。[结论]在处理群体性食物中毒事件的过程中,有必要实施心理干预。
[Objective]To explore the cognitions,behaviors and emotional reactions of the minority ethnic group in collective food poisoning accidents.[Methods]A self-designed questionnaire was applied among 219 people on the 5th day after the food poisoning accident.[Results]Facing with the food poisoning accident,64.4 percent people in the survey felt terrible and 62.6 percent of them longed for psychological supports.The positive rate of anxiety symptom was 8.7%.The psychic reactions of Zhuang were not obviously different from that of Yao.The scores of somatization in eaters were higher than that of others,and the scores of hostility in the eaters' kith and kin were higher than that of others significantly.[Conclutions]Psychological interference should be taken when dealing with collective food poisoning accidents.
