含间隙四连杆机构运动误差的Monte Carlo模拟 被引量:20

Monte Carlo simulation of motion errors for four-bar linkages with clearances

摘要 为了研究间隙和杆长误差所引起的机构运动误差的随机性问题,采用基于碰撞铰模型的含间隙铰四连杆机构动力学方程对机构输出运动特性进行模拟。针对杆长误差和铰间隙误差影响,利用Monte Carlo方法对含间隙机构运动进行了概率分析。仿真研究了间隙内碰撞和杆长误差对机构输出运动的影响。结果表明:铰间隙误差对机构运动输出的影响与机构运动过程有关,铰间隙的存在使机构运动输出均值和方差曲线产生偏移。对含间隙机构的运动概率分析,有助于提高机构运动精度和控制机构运动误差。 An impact-pair model based on the dynamics equations for four-bar linkages with clearance joints was used to study the effects of errors in the bar lengths and the joint clearances on the position precision of the mechanism motion. The Monte Carlo method was used for a probabilistic analysis of the motion. Simulation results indicate that the effects of the joint clearance errors on the motion of the four-bar linkage are related to the mechanism motion, with the joint clearances causing variations of the average motion and deviations of the variance curves. Therefore, probabilistic analyses of the motion of a mechanism with clearance joints can improve the mechanism motion prediction accuracy.
