电池特征微机自动检测系统的电路设计

摘要 该文介绍电池特征微机自动检测系统的检测电路部分。该电路由电压测量、电流测量电路以及检测控制电路组成。介绍实现多路实时检测电池的工作电压和电流方法。实现了对一路电流的调整就可达到32路同时调整的目的,使操作简化。根据电池的电参数测量原理,阐述了计算出电池的实际容量、内阻和寿命等参数值的方法。为了使测量精度符合要求,在电路设计中,采取了抗干扰措施和提高精度的办法。 This paper presents the measuring circuit of measuring batteries feature by computer automatically. The circuit is comPoSed of circuit measuring volt,measuring current and controlling circuit. The method of multi-circuit real-time measuring batteries working volt and current is introduced. Realization of adjusting one circuit current enables 32-circuit current to be adjusted,so operation is.simplified. According to measuring principle of the batteries electric feature, the paper presents the method of calculating the batteries practical capacity, internal resistance,life and so on. In order to make measurement required,the measures of resisting distractlon and increasing accuracy are taken.
