摘要
在介绍了商业智能的核心技术和体系结构包括数据仓库、联机分析处理、数据挖掘等的基础上,通过分析科技信息服务这个特定领域的决策需求,给出了基于商业智能的科技服务决策支持系统的解决方案。实际应用表明该系统提高了科技信息供需双方对现有信息数据的利用效率,还提高了科技信息服务机构的决策分析能力。
Introduces the main technology and system structure of business intelligence including data warehouse （DW） ,OLAP and data mining. By analyzing the decision demand in the specific field of technokgical service, put forward the technological service DSS solutions based on business intelligence. The result in the practical application indicates that the using efficiency of the existed technological information is enhanced,and the analytic ability of the technological service organization is improved.
