摘要
临床实习的质量直接影响临床医学人才培养的质量。但是,随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入,出现了很多影响临床实习质量的因素。为了提高临床实习质量,可以从改革高等医学教育模式、建立临床技能训练中心、建立标准化病人教学体系、加强管理、加强临床师资队伍建设、改善医患关系等方面入手。
The quality of clinical medicine practice has direct effect on the training quality of intern. However, with the deeper reform of the medical system, there are many factors which will influence the quality of clinical medicine practice. While it can be improve from many aspects, for example, we can reform the pattern of the high education of medicine, establish the training center of clinical skill practice and the standardized-patients teaching system, strengthen the organization and development of clinical teaching teams and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
