审核认定证据是法官行使审判权的重要活动,也是证明案件事实的决定性步骤,它在整个民事诉讼过程中具有十分重要的意义。本文将以法官确信为视角,对我国民事诉讼进程中法官审查认证的原则、规则、方法等进行探讨。
Investigation and judgment on evidence is an important activity that the judge exercises judicature, and is the decisive step of proving the case factual. It has very important meaning in process of procedure.
