摘要
研究应用环磷酰胺诱发小鼠糖尿病，并观察了三消片对非肥胖型自发性I型糖尿病（NOD）小鼠的降血糖作用。结果发现三消片对高血糖的NOD无降糖作用，而对血糖正常的NOD可使其糖耐量曲线低平。研究表明，三消片可能是通过中药中所含的微量元素与胰岛素协同作用发挥降血糖药效。
The high blood sugar of non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice induced by cytoxan were treated by shanxiao tablet (SXT). The results showed that (1) the SXT can decreased the glucose tolerance curve for the blood suger was normal NOD mice, but no action for high blood suger NOD micel (2) the hypoglycemic effect of the SXT possibly cooperated through the insulin and microelement of the herbal.
