摘要 由于医疗原因,许多新生儿会经受诊疗性操作而引起的疼痛刺激,如足跟采血、动静脉穿刺及插管、皮下和肌肉注射、气管插管及腰椎穿刺等。由于止痛剂的不良反应,目前尚无合适的药物消除这些短暂、急性和反复的疼痛。对于小的操作性疼痛,非药物治疗即可起到缓解作用,包括肌肤接触、感觉刺激、口服甜味溶液、母乳喂养及非营养性吸吮等;而对于中、重度新生儿疼痛仍然需要应用药物镇痛,常用的镇痛药物主要包括阿片类、非阿片类和局部麻醉药。
