摘要
目的了解河南省暗娼人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况和行为特征。方法用重复横断面调查的方法对河南省部分市县的暗娼人群进行行为学和血清学监测。结果2003-2006年各暗娼哨点HIV抗体阳性率均低于1%,与客人每次都用安全套的比例仍较低。结论河南省暗娼人群HIV感染率较低,但疫情呈蔓延扩散趋势,需要加大对该人群的干预力度。
Objective This study was designed to find out HIV infection status and behavior characteristics among commercial sex workers （CSWs）in Henan Province. Methods Cross-sectional sentinel surveys were repeatedly conducted for behavioral and serological surveillance of CSWs in parts of Henan Province. Results The positive rate of serum HIV antibody was lower than 1% at each CSWs sentinel site from 2003 to 2006, but the proportion of consistent condom use remained low. Conclusion The HIV infection rate is relatively low among CSWs in Henan Province, but the infection is on the rise. Health education and behavioral interventions should be reinforced among the CSWs in Henan Province.
