摘要
在公司估价所涉及的概念以及如何正确进行估价才能反映公司价值的基础上,分析了基于价值管理的资本结构,进一步探讨最佳资本结构对于公司价值的影响;同时,分析了公司估价与最佳资本结构之间有什么联系。这些研究对投资人和管理当局具有启示。
Corporation evaluation involving in the concepts and how to evaluate correctly can reflect corporate value, analysed the capital structure based on value management on the basis of it, and then researched the optimal capital structure how to affect the corporate value. In the mean time ,analysed the relations between corporation evaluation and the optimal capital structure. There are suggestions for investors and managers from these studies.
