维吾尔族与汉族青少年强直性脊柱炎患者炎性指标的差异性分析

摘要 目的初步探讨维族与汉族青少年强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者炎性指标间的差异性。方法对41例维族和52例汉族强直性脊柱炎患者进行血清炎性指标的检测。结果分析显示青少年AS患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、CRP、ASO和WBC计数均存在统计学意义,hsCRP和CRP水平表现为维族青少年患者明显高于汉族(thsCRP=5.08,P=0.000;tCRP=5.11,P=0.000),ASO和WBC水平在参考值范围内表现为维族患者高于汉族(tASO=3.35,P=0.001;tWBC=2.05,P=0.043;)。民族间单核细胞分类计数差异无统计学意义(t#mono=0.33,P=0.738),但维族青少年患者单核细胞升高率(82.9%,34/41)明显高于汉族(55.7%,29/52)(χ2=7.73,P=0.005)。结论维族与汉族青少年AS患者炎性指标间存在一定程度的差异性,有待于进一步深入研究。 Objective To discuss the difference of inflammation indices in Uygur and Han adolescent patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods The serum inflammation indices were detected in 41 Uygur and 52 Han patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Results There were significant differences in serum hsCRP, CRP, ASO and WBC counts between Uygur and Han adolescent AS patients, and Uygur patients were obviously higher than Han in the levels of hsCRP and CRP ( thsCRP = 5.08, P = 0. 000; tCRP = 5.11, P = 0. 000 ), slightly higher in ASO level and WBC counts in the reference values ( tASO = 3. 35, P = 0. 001 ; tWBC = 2.05, P = 0. 043 ; ). The mononuclear counts had no statistic difference ( t#mono = 0.33, P = 0. 738) while the increased ratio of mononuclear counts in Uygur ( 82.9 % ) was much higher than that in Han(55.7 % )(Х^2 = 7.73, P = 0. 005 ). Conclusions The inflammation indices have differences in some degrees between Uygur and Han adolescent patients with AS, which waits for further studies.
