摘要 主要讨论了影响EBR胶乳粒径的因素,包括乳化剂和电解质用量、初始温度及反应结束后粒径控制。考察了粒径即胶乳粒径(小于500nm)对树脂抗冲击性能的影响。在其他条件保持不变的前提下,随着粒径的增大,树脂的冲击强度得到提高。 The key affecting factors on the particle diameter of EBR latex were mainly discussed, including the contents of emulsifier and electrolyte, the initial temperature and the control of particle diameter after reaction, and the effect of the particle diameter (smaller than 500 nm) on the impact strength of the resin was also studied. It was found the impact strength of the resin improwed with the were the sane, increase of the particl diameter when other conditions
