摘要
目的探讨思瑞康与氯丙嗪对首次就诊的精神分裂症患者回归社会的影响。方法 研究对象来源于2006年1月～6月在我院门诊就诊的首发精神分裂症患者。30例使用思瑞康，30例使用氯丙嗪。分别于入组时及6月末进行社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS），阳性、阴性症状量表（PANSS），副反应量表（TEsS）的评定。结果6月末随访发现：思瑞康组PANSS总分明显低于氯丙嗪组（P〈0．01）。思瑞康组在职业工作，社会性退缩，家庭外的社会活动，家庭内活动过少，个人生活自理，对外界的兴趣和关心，责任心和计划性方面，明显优于氯丙嗪组（P〈0．01）。PANSS评分高者，治疗时间晚者社会功能差，氯丙嗪组比思瑞康组差（P〈0．01）。思瑞康TEss评分较低，两组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论 思瑞康与氯丙嗪相比，不仅疗效好，不良反应轻微，而且能很好的改善社会功能，有助于更好的回归社会，且早诊断早治疗对分裂症患者回归社会有帮助。
Objective To study the effect of Seroquel and Chlorpromazine on returning to the society of schizophrenia who seek medical advice for the first time. Methods The study objects are the first-episode schizophrenia who seek medical advice from Jaunary to June in 2005, 30 persons used Seroquel, 30 persons used Chlorpromazine, separately evaluately with Social Disability Screening Scale （SDSS） and Positive and Negative Symptoms Seale（PANSS） and the Teratment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） before treatment and at the ends of six months of treatment. Results The total score of PANSS which is treated with Seroquel was significantly lower than the Chlorpromazine group （P〈0. 01） . The Seroquel group was significantly Superior to the Chlorpromazine group on profession, the society shrink back, the social activity of outside of family, the activity inside family, the taking care of oneself in life, the interesting and concern to outward, the responsibility and the functions （P〈0.01）. The patients who were high seeore of PANSS and treated late were bad at society function and the Chlorpromazine group is worse to the Seroquel group （P〈0. 01）. The score of TESS of Seroquel is lower, the two groups were significantly differenee（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Compared with Chlorpromazine, Seroquel not only has good curative effect, the slightly bad effet, but also improve the society function, and diagnostieating and treating early are helpful to returning back to the society for the schizophrenia.
