摘要
目的:探讨脑外伤后所致精神障碍的临床表现类型以及受损部位与精神障碍的关系。方法:对65例脑外伤所致精神障碍的临床资料进行分析。结果:脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的精神障碍发生率依次为精神病性症状、神经症样综合征、情感障碍、智能障碍、人格改变。同时发现脑挫裂伤和脑震荡都易出现精神问题。结论:颅脑外伤是易发生精神障碍的危险因素,临床医生应预以重视。
Objective：To explore clinical symptoms and affecting factor of mentar disorder caused by traumatic brain injury. Methods ： We have collected and analyzed clinical data from 65 patients to investigate mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury. Results： The symptoms occur in the following ： （ 1 ） psychotic symptoms ; （ 2 ） neurosis symptoms ; （ 3 ） affeetive disorder ; （4） intelleetual deficiency; （5）character change; and cerebral contuseonand laceation and concussion of the brain are more inciined to turn out mental disorder. Conclusions： Clinical doctors should pay particular attention to mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury. Cranicerebral trarma is one of risk factor that inclines mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury.
