二肽基肽酶Ⅳ抑制剂的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 目的介绍近年来二肽基肽酶Ⅳ抑制剂的研究进展。方法查阅相关文献,对本类药物的作用机制,临床前研究,临床研究和安全性研究进展作了详尽的综述。结果与结论二肽基肽酶IV能够迅速裂解和失活肠促胰岛素,神经肽和细胞因子,使用二肽基肽酶抑制剂抑制二肽基肽酶,可增强这些物质的内源性生物活性,从而降低空腹和餐后的葡萄糖浓度及糖化血红蛋白水平,改善胰岛素敏感性和β细胞功能。另外,二肽基肽酶抑制剂还能促进粒细胞集落刺激因子的产生,刺激骨髓中原始细胞并增加中性粒细胞的数量。
