摘要
本文针对交通事故勘查系统的实际需要和现有图像采集设备的一些不足,提出了一套适合交通事故勘查系统的图像采集系统设计方案,并对其中的关键技术进行研究与实现。
For the need of the traffic-accident perambulation system in resolving power and for the limitation of the equipments that we can get, we give an image capturing plan for Traffic-accident perambulation system that is called Intelligent Digital Camera and research the key technologies.
