中美信息开放获取政策的比较探讨

摘要本文总结了我国和美国信息开放获取的相关政策，并从政策的目标，内容和实施效果等角度进行了对比分析，分别列举了两国的开放获取实践活动。最后，对促进我国开放获取的发展提出了建议。
