摘要
在反应器中加入计量的乳化剂ＯＰ—１０、丙烯酸、环已烷、催化剂硫酸及阻聚剂，维持反应温度８０～９０℃，反应４～５小时，测酸值达到９～１０时，停止反应，降温、中和、洗涤回收溶剂，即得成品。图１，表３。
The measurable emulsifier OP-10, acrylic acid, herohydrobenzene, catalyst sulfuric acid and polymerization retarder are added into the flask, kept reactive temp. at 80-90℃, reacted for 4-5 hr, and then stopped when pH is 9-10, reduced temp, neutralized, cleaned, reduced pressure and finally recovered solvent to get the product.
