摘要
研究了Fenton试剂处理含甲醛有机废水的影响因素及其适宜条件。试验结果表明各影响因素的适宜条件为:在原水CODCr约为1000 mg/L时,n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)=4,H2O2的投加量为72mmol/L,pH=3,反应时间为2 h。此时CODCr的去除率可达90.85%。同时,考察了Fenton试剂预处理含甲醛为主的脲醛树脂废水的效果,在适宜条件下CODCr的去除率可达80.56%。
The influencing factors and optimal operating conditions for the treatment of organic waste water containing formaldehyde using Fenton reagent were studied. The optimal operating conditions determined by experiment are as follows: when the CODCr, of the wastewater was about 1 000 mg/L, n(H2 O2 ) : n(Fe^2+) = 4,the dosage of H2O2 was 72 mmol/L,pH = 3 and the oxidation time was 2 hours. Under these conditions, the CODCr, removal rates were up to 90. 85 %. The effect of the pretreatment of urea formaldehyde resin waste water containing formaldehyde using Fenton reagent was also studied. Under the optimal operating conditions,the CODCr, removal rates were up to 80.56%.
