摘要
延时自外差测谱法已被广泛用于对极窄线宽半导体激光器的测量,但在实用中仍有许多问题有待解决.仅就延时光纤的长度和声光调制器的声频线宽两个方面对系统给出几点基本要求.经过理论推导并利用数学软件MCAD计算,结果表明系统中延时光纤的长度至少为激光器相干长度的3倍,而声频线宽应不超过激光器谱宽的1/10.
The delayed self heterodyne spectrum measurement system, with high resolution and high sensitivity, has been used widely.But many practical problems need to be reseached more deeply.The basic requirements of both the total length of the time delayed fibre and the linewidth of the acousto optic modulator are studied.It is suitable in practice to use the time delayed fibre three times longer than the correlation length of the laser.The linewidth of the acousto optic modulator should be less than ten percent of the linewidth of the laser.
