摘要
对黑碱土和沙壤土两种不同立地条件的欧美杨107化学组成、纤维形态进行分析,并对其ASAM制浆性能进行研究。欧美杨107ASAM蒸煮最佳工艺条件:NaOH用量10%-11%,Na2SO3用量18%-20%,分散蒽醌用量0.06%,甲醇用量14%-18%,一次升温时间90-110min,液比1∶5.5,最高温度165℃,一次升温至140℃保温90min,二次升温50min至165℃保温60min。细浆得率高,卡伯值低,白度高。不同立地条件下的欧美杨107在得率、卡伯值和粘度上相差不大,但黑碱土欧美杨的白度更高,蒸煮效果较好一些。欧美杨具有较好的制浆性能。
The effect of different soil conditions on chemical compositions, fiber properties and ASAM pulping performance of Populus × euramericana cv. ‘ 74/76' was studied in this paper. The optimized condition for ASAM cooking was: sodium hydroxide dosage 10% -11% , sodium sulfite dosage 18% -20% , dispersing anthraquinone dosage 0.06% , methanol dosage 14% - 18 % , liquor ratio 1 : 5.5, maximum temperature 165 ℃. The time 90 - 110min and keep 140℃ for 90 minutes,then spend 50min rising the temperature to 165℃ and keep 165 ℃ for 60minutes. The result shows that the Populus × euramericana cv. ‘74/76' grown on the two kinds of soil is suitable for the pulping and papermaking with high yield, low kappa and high brightness. The Populus × euramericana cv. ’ 74/76 ' grown on the two kinds of soil have similar yield and kappa,but the Populus × euramericana ‘74/76' grown on the black alkali soil has higher brightness.
