摘要
依据北京师范大学2004年新生体质与健康测试的基础数据,对学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等体质特征进行了全面剖析,并结合学生体质现状和校园体育环境、生活方式,设计出以知识习得——信念确立——行为尝试——习惯形成为基本脉络的四年连续指导性健康促进方案。
