摘要
经济全球化催生的区域竞争引发地区合作需求,基于经济一体化目标的城市群战略备受推崇。产业集群网络是区域产业集群的一种空间组合型式,也是一种具有生产效率和创新效应的经济空间组织模式。目前的武汉城市圈是一个松散的“经济联邦”,但存在区域整合的产业、空间和创新基础。其产业发展潜力分析表明:以钢铁、汽车和电子及通讯设备制造业等为依托,构建区域集群网络,能够充分发挥武汉市的产业组织和创新扩散功能,从而推动具有区域竞争优势的特色产业发展。
Regional competence based on the economic globalization operate the demand of regional cooperation, and the strategy of urban cluster based on the economic integration was wildly canonized. Industrial cluster networks is a kind of spatial combination of regional industrial cluster, and, it is also a model of economic spatial organization with productive efficiency and innovative influence. Though Wuhan Urban Cluster is an incompact economic federation nowadays, it has some foundations to integrate the industries and spaces and innovation. According to the analytic results of industrial potential ability to develop, we can promote the development of special sectors with regional competitiveness through constructing regional cluster networks based on iron and steel industry, automobile industry, and electric ＆ communication equipment manufacturing, which can make full use of industrial organization and expand function of innovation in Wuhan city.
