摘要
目的建立盐酸青藤碱缓释微丸的含量测定方法。方法Diamonsil—C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.78%(ρ)磷酸二氢钠溶液(体积比12:88),检测波长为265nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果盐酸青藤碱在20~100μg/mL内呈良好的线性相关性,r=0.9999,方法精密度RSD为0.4%(H=6),平均回收率分别为99.7%,RSD为0.6%(H=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于盐酸青藤碱缓释微丸的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of sinomenine hydrochloride in sustained-release pellets. Method The sample was analyzed on a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5μm ) column using acetonitrile and 0.78% (ρ) NaH2PO4 solution (12: 88) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and flow rate 1.0 mL/min, Results The linear range of sinomenine hydrochloride was 20 - 100 μg/mL ( r =0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD 0. 6%, Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the quality control of sinomenine hydrochloride sustained-release pellets.
