摘要
通过分析细菌中质粒的存在状态和调控机制的相关研究进展,为研究细菌致病机理、机体免疫防护机制,分析确定菌株的标识基因和标识分子,以及研究质粒表达调控分子机理提供思路,进而为应用基因工程手段构建筛选新的表达载体、研究新型疫苗候选株提供理论基础。
In this paper, the author analyzed the research development relating to the existence state and regulation mechanism of plasimd in bacteria, and provided a viable way to study the nosogenesis of bacteria, immune protective mechanism of the organism, and to analyze the tag gene and molecule of particular bacteria strain, understand the plasimd expression regulation molecule mechanism. Furthermore, theoretical basis can be established for screening new expression carrier and find new vaccine candidate strain by means of gene engineering.
