By adopting the combined smelting method of vacuum furnace carbon deoxidation and pouring vacuum carbon deoxidation, the steel 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V has been successfully developed, of which the chemical composition totally satisfies the requirements, furthermore, the various test ratings are also in accordance with technical conditions.
