摘要 植物在非生物胁迫下会诱导多种蛋白的产生,其中LEA蛋白是逆境生理学研究的热点之一。本文主要介绍了植物LEA蛋白(Late-embryogenesis-abundant protein)的分类、结构与功能,lea基因的表达调控以及转基因的相关研究进展。 In abiotic stress, a number of stress- induced proteins are produced in plants, among which LEA protein (Late- embryogenesis - abundant protein)is one of the hot fields in stress physiology. In this paper the research advances in the classification,structure and function of LEA proteins, the expression of lea genes and transgenie were summarized.
