摘要
本文通过XRD、扫描电镜和能谱研究了00Cr25Ni7Mo4N超级双相不锈钢在1200℃和1320℃不同热处理制度状态下的组织结构及α和γ两相中的主要化学成分含量。实验发现,在1200℃和1320℃附近00Cr25Ni7Mo4N超级双相不锈钢内无新相产生,随处理温度升高,00Cr25Ni7Mo4N超级双相不锈钢α相含量增加,α相和γ相中的Cr、Mo、Si、Ni含量相差越来越小,而Mn元素在α相和γ相中含量趋于一致。
Microstructure and main chemical element contents of alpha phase and gamma phase in 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N super duplex stainless steel heat treated at 1200℃ and 1320℃ were investigated with X -ray diffraction, scanning -type electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. Tests showed that no new phase appeared in 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N super duplex stainless steel at the temperatures around 1200℃ and 1320℃. With the increase of the heat treatment temperature, alpha phase in 00Cr25 Ni7 Mo4N super duplex stainless steel increased, the difference of chromium, molybdenum, silicon and nickel between alpha phase and gamma phase became smaller and smaller and manganese content in alpha phase and gamma phase had a tendency to be identical.
