摘要
目的观察脑瘫患儿家庭康复的效果。方法选取门诊的60例脑瘫患儿作为观察对象。在1～3个月内，以门诊康复训练为主，并逐渐培训家长参与康复训练；4～6个月以家长在家庭中对患儿进行康复为主，并由专业人员定期指导，期间采用针刺、按摩等方法改善患儿的症状。分别于康复训练第1个月末、第3个月末和第6个月末进行粗大运动功能发育情况评价。结果第3个月末有效率高于第1个月末（P〈0.05），第6个月末的有效率高于第3个月末（P〈0.05）。结论家庭康复可以维持和巩固脑瘫患儿的康复效果。
Objective To explore the effect of family rehabilitation on children with cerebral palsy. Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy received the family rehabilitation. The program was divided into two stages： the first 3 months in outpatient （mainly performed by physical therapists） and the second 3 months in family （mainly performed the parents）. The physical therapists tutored the parents to learn and practice the rehabilitation training. The acupuncture and massage may be used to ease the patients, i.e., relaxing hypermyotonia. The gross motor function development is assessed in the end of the first month, third month, and sixth month. Results The effect rate is higher in the end of the third month than in the first month （ P 〈0.05）, as well as the end of the sixth month than the third month （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Family rehabilitation is effective and practicable.
