摘要
本文将0.1ml全血滴于滤纸片上,采用绝对量薄样XRF法直接测定了人体全血中Na、Mg、Al、Si、P、S、Cl、K、Ca、Fe、Zn等十一种元素。该法具有操作简便、不处理试样、成本低、速度快、准确度高、精密度好、检出限低等优点。可以满足临床检验对大批试样作例行分析的需要。各元素的检出限分别为Na2.1,Mg0.15,Al0,027,Si0.017,P0.066,S0.076,Cl0.18,K0.33,Ca0.11,Fe0.18,Zn0.029μg。
After 0. 1 ml blood was deposited on a filter paper, eleven elements such as Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, Kv Ca, Fe and Zn were determined by XRF with the absolute amount of thin sample method. The method is rapid, economical, accurate, precise and without sample treating. It can meet the needs for routine analysis of a large number of samples in medical field. The detection limit is Na 2. 1, Mg 0. 15, Al 0. 027, Si 0. 017, P 0. 066, S 0. 076, Cl 0. 18, K 0. 33, Ca 0. 11, Fe 0. 18 and Zn 0. 029 μg respectively.
