摘要
本文应用文献［１］中提出的模糊决策分析理论，给出一种建设项目施工招标中资格预审的模糊决策方法，并建立了一套资格预审的评价指标体系。
In this paper,a method is given for the prequalification in Invite to tender for project Construction,by using the Fuzzy Decision and Analysis Theory developed in paper,and a set of system table for prequalification is established.A simple calculation example is given to explain the method.
