摘要
本文讨论了在地震灾场中，建立城市系统防灾功能评价指标体系的若干问题，总结了火灾经济损失的特点，提出了火灾经济损失和火灾持续时间之间的统计关系。在此基础上，介绍了地震次生火灾灾度分析的具体方法，且用实例检验了这种方法的实用性。
The general questions in the processing of establishing the assessment system of Post-earthquake city functions are discussed in the paper.The characteristic of fire lost is summarized,the statistical relationship between fire lost and its lasting time is put forward, then a practical method for disaster magnitude evaluation is introduced,the validate of the method is verified from the final example.
