摘要
现代图书馆中,馆员在职业中的成长与发展,直接关系到工作效益的提高和图书馆服务质量的改善,所以如何使员工的成长与组织目标相配合是人力资源开发的重要议题。文章细致地分析了图书馆员的职业需求,指出了国内图书馆职业管理中存在的问题,并提出了适合图书馆职业管理的方法。参考文献7。
In modern libraries, the librarians＇ growth and development in the profession is closely related to the improvement of working efficiency and service quality of libraries, so it can be regarded as an important issue of human resource development to match the staffs＇ personal growth with the organizational objectives. This paper finely analyzes the professional need of librarians, points out the existing problems in profession management in domestic libraries and puts forward the methods for libraries profession management, 7 refs.
