摘要
在分析Taguchi平方型质量损失函数局限性的基础上,应用分段函数理论对Taguchi损失模型进行拓展,研究了质量损失的有界性、非对称性和无损失区域的问题,建立了分段曲线质量损失模型。实验实例和理论分析表明,分段曲线质量损失模型更符合工程实际,具有实用性。
Based on the analysis of the limitations of the traditional Taguchi's squared quality loss function, a section curve quality loss function model was extended by the section function theory. The concepts of the limit character, non-symmetry character and non-loss question in quality loss were correlated into the model, for the characteristics of the new model and the advantages over the traditional, test example of Taguchi showed that this method has practical character and tallies with engineering actual situation.
