摘要
分析了单项效能、系统效能和作战效能的不同特点;以WSEIAC模型为例,论述了系统效能的一般评估方法;在介绍了多种作战效能模型的基础上,论述了作战效能的评估方法;最后,论述了基于仿真的作战效能的评估方法.
Characteristics of unit effectiveness, system effectiveness and operational effectiveness are analyzed. The common evaluation method of system effectiveness is discussed by taking the example WSEIAC model. Evaluation methods of operational effectiveness are discussed by introducing various operational effectiveness models. The evaluation method of operational effectiveness based on simulation is discussed finally.
