摘要
介绍近年来几种新型含氟、含硅脱模剂的制备,即有机硅脱模剂、氟代烷基改性的有机硅脱模剂、低分子有机氟脱模剂和氟聚合物脱模剂,并对脱模剂的应用现状进行了概述。同时,讨论了目前脱模剂产业发展所面临的一些问题,并提出了发展建议。
The preparations of some novel fluorine-containing and silicon-containing mold-releasing agents conducted through the years were introduced, such as silicone releasing agent, fluoro-alkyl modified silicone releasing agent, low molecular weight organic fluorine releasing agent, fluoropolymer based releasing agent, and so on. The application situations of releasing agents were narrated. Meanwhile, the existing problems in the mold-releasing agent industry were discussed and possible solutions for its development were put forward.
