纤维束示踪成像导航技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 磁共振弥散张量成像是在分子水平上研究组织中水分子随机运动的一种功能性磁共振成像技术。应用弥散张量成像进行的白质纤维束示踪成像可以显示脑内主要白质纤维束的走行、方向及病理改变等信息,是目前唯一能够活体绘制人类白质纤维束的方法,将其应用于神经导航系统可使外科医生在术前计划和术中参考白质纤维束的因素而使手术更加安全有效,再结合术中实时电生理监测等技术手段,可显著改善神经外科手术中脑功能的保护。
